Bende KKC ye mail attım. 6 hazirana verildiğini söylediler sonra aradım sağlık muayene yerini yetişmez o tarihi erteleyin dediler mülakatınızı bende Hong Kong’a tekrar mail attım. Mülakat randevumu iptal ettiler ve şu siteden alabileceğinizi söylediler. Ben bu siteye daha önceden kayıt olmuştum. Kullanıcı adı şifremi yazıyorum tekrar giriş yapıyor gibi oluyor site sonra tekrar aynı başa dönüyor giriş yapamıyorum siteye bana gelen mailide şu şekildedi ne yapmam gerek.

Please be informed that upon receipt of your email, the visa interview on June 06, 2025 has been cancelled. By law, your Diversity Visa (DV) must be approved and printed by September 30, 2025, which means visa applicants must have all their required documents submitted to the consulate prior to that date, including the medical examination and police certificate(s).  Under no circumstances can a Diversity Visa be issued after the end of the day on September 30, 2025.  The approval to have your visa interview in in Hong Kong does not guarantee that your case will be processed prior to the September 30, 2025.

Please note that you are the beneficiary of Diversity Visa (DV), which has a numerical limitation.  The number of Diveristy visa availability could be exhausted prior to September 30,2025,  selectees should act promptly in submitting their materials and pursuing their application. Once all diversity visas have been issued, the program will end.

In addition, we are not able to guarantee that by the time you wish to reschedule your appointment, your DV regional lottery rank number for your DV application is current.  You may visit the Department of State’s Visa Bulletin at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin.html  to check whether the rank number is current for your application when you are ready to reschedule online.

You may now reschedule your interview appointment when you are ready.  The Consulate General uses CGI Federal (CGI) for all scheduling services.  You should go to https://www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/  to create your profile and schedule your appointment in the category “All IV.”  You must present an appointment confirmation sheet, printed from the CGI website, upon your arrival at the Consulate General on the day of the interview.  If you have any scheduling questions, you should direct your inquiries to the CGI call center at +852 5808-4666, or by email at support-hongkong@usvisascheduling.com.

Please be advised that as of today, only visa appointments for June 2025 have been allotted.  Due to tight schedule in June and July, please check periodically for future visa appointments for July and onwards.

** If your medical examination is not complete, your interview appointment will be cancelled.  You must have a completed medical examination to be allowed entry to the consulate for your appointment. **

Starting July 1, 2025, visa applicants who have not brought ALL the required documents to their interview will be TURNED AWAY and asked to reschedule their interview.
