Randevum 8 Ekim 8:45’te Ankaradaydı. Randevuya 1,5 saat öncesinden gittim ne olur ne olmaz diye. Konsolosluğun hemen yanında yürüyen merdivenle aşağıya inilen bir emanetçi vardı emanetçide eşyalarımı bıraktım ve yanıma almam gereken evrakları alarak doğruca sıraya gittim. sıram geldiğinde üstüm aranarak artık içerdeydim. İşlemlerin yapıldığı binaya doğru yürüdüm. Diş eden sıra numarası alıp vize ücretini ödedim(330 dolar). Daha sonra evrak teslimi için sıra bekledim. Sıram gelince de evraklarımı teslim ettim. Görevli hanımefendi nedensiz bir şekilde diplomamın aslını istedi ama ben e-devletten çıkarıp gitmiştim. Hanımefendiye diplomamın aslının olmadığını söyledim,depremde enkaz altında kaldığını bildirdim. Gerçekten de enkaz altında kalmıştı. Hanımefendi üzülerek geçmiş olsun dileklerini iletti ve evraklarımın üzerine ünlemli not aldı. Açıkçası tırsmadım değil. Daha sonra mülakat için başka bir sıra bekledim. Sıram geldiğinde Türkçe tercüman eşliğinde sorular yağmaya başladı. Ama sorulara başlamadan önce evrakların üzerine yazılan notu okumuş mülakatı yapacak hanımefendi. İlk başta normal bir sohbet havasında sohbet ettik.” nasılsınız deprem atlatmışsınız bir kaybınız var mı eviniz yıkılmış çok geçmiş olsun” gibi bir sohbet oldu.Ben de cevapladım şeffaf bir şekilde. Gözlerim dolunca da konuyu hemen değiştirdiler. Asıl mülakata yavaştan geçiş yaptık. Sorular yavaştan gelmeye başladı tabi.

ABD’ye göçmen vizesi başvurusu yapan tüm bireylerin, belirli sağlık muayenelerinden geçmeleri ve zorunlu aşıları tamamlamaları gerekmektedir. Bu süreç, ABD Hastalık Kontrol ve Önleme Merkezleri (CDC) tarafından belirlenen yönergeler doğrultusunda yürütülmektedir.

Zorunlu Aşılar:

Göçmen vizesi başvuru sahiplerinin yaş, sağlık durumu ve aşı geçmişlerine bağlı olarak aşağıdaki aşıları yaptırmaları gerekebilir:

  • COVID-19 Aşısı: 1 Ekim 2021’den itibaren, sınırlı istisnalar dışında tüm göçmen vize başvuru sahiplerinin COVID-19 aşı serisini tamamlamış olmaları gerekmektedir.

  • Kızamık, Kabakulak, Kızamıkçık (MMR)
  • Tetanos ve Difteri (Td veya Tdap)
  • Çocuk Felci (Polio)
  • Su Çiçeği (Varicella)
  • Grip Aşısı: Mevsimsel olarak uygulanır.
  • Hepatit A ve Hepatit B
  • Menenjit (Meningokok aşısı)
  • Rotavirüs: Çocuklar için.
  • Pnömokok: Çocuklar ve belirli risk grupları için.
  • Boğmaca (Pertussis)
  • Hib (Haemophilus influenzae tip b aşısı)

Sağlık Muayenesi ve Aşı Süreci:

Türkiye’de, ABD göçmen vizesi başvuru sahiplerinin sağlık muayeneleri ve aşıları, ABD Büyükelçiliği tarafından yetkilendirilmiş panel doktorları tarafından yapılmaktadır. Ankara’da bulunan Ungan Aile Hekimliği, bu konuda yetkilendirilmiş sağlık merkezidir.
