DV-2026 çekilişini kazandım, öncelikle hepimiz için hayırlısı olmasını dilerim. Case number’ım 2026EU00007XXX civarında. Bu numaraya göre mülakat şansımın olup olmayacağı konusunda kafamda bazı soru işaretleri var. Özellikle Ankara’dan başvuru yaptığım için süreci daha iyi anlayabilmek adına bu konudaki tecrübelerinizi duymak isterim.

 

Ayrıca maddi durumum şu an biraz kısıtlı. Amerika’ya ilk gidiş ve yerleşme süreci masraflı olduğu için, sponsor bulma, kalacak yer ayarlama ya da başlangıçta bana yol gösterebilecek bir destek ağı oluşturma şansım olur mu diye merak ediyorum. Bu tür destekleri daha önce bulan ya da bu konuda tecrübesi olanlar varsa, nasıl bir yol izlemem gerektiği konusunda tavsiyelerinizi duymak isterim. Özellikle sponsor bulma süreci nasıl ilerliyor, bu konuda güvendiğiniz kaynaklar ya da platformlar var mı?

 

Benim gibi daha önce benzer durumda olanlar varsa nasıl bir yol izlediniz, ne tür hazırlıklar yaptınız, önerileriniz nelerdir?

1. Uygunluk Şartlarını Yerine Getirememe

  • Kalıcı İkamet Süresi: Başvuru sahibi, gerekli kalıcı ikamet süresini (genellikle 5 yıl, ABD vatandaşı ile evli ise 3 yıl) tamamlamamışsa.
  • Fiziksel İkamet Süresi: ABD’de gerekli fiziksel ikamet süresini (son 5 yıl içinde toplam 30 ay) tamamlamamışsa.
  • Eyalet İkameti: Başvuru yapılan USCIS bölgesinde en az 3 ay ikamet etmemişse.

2. Suç ve İyi Ahlak Durumu

  • Ciddi Suçlar: Cinayet, tecavüz, uyuşturucu ticareti gibi ağır suçlardan mahkumiyet.
  • Ahlaki Zafiyet: Hırsızlık, dolandırıcılık, aile içi şiddet gibi suçlar veya sabıka kaydında tekrarlanan küçük suçlar.
  • Yalan Beyan: Başvuru sürecinde veya mülakat sırasında yanlış veya yanıltıcı bilgi vermek.

3. Vergi Borçları

  • Vergi Borcu: ABD’de ikamet ettiği süre boyunca federal veya eyalet vergi borçlarını ödememiş veya vergi beyannamesi vermemiş kişiler.

4. Göçmenlik ve İkamet Yasalarına Aykırı Davranış

  • Vize İhlali: Göçmenlik yasalarını ihlal eden, sahte belgelerle giriş yapmış veya vize süresini aşmış kişiler.
  • Sürekli İkamet Koşulunu İhlal: ABD dışına 6 aydan uzun süreli seyahatler, sürekli ikamet şartını ihlal edebilir.

5. Dil ve Bilgi Yetersizliği

  • Dil Becerileri: İngilizce dil becerilerinin yetersiz olması. (Okuma, yazma ve konuşma)
  • ABD Tarihi ve Hükümeti Bilgisi: Vatandaşlık testi sırasında ABD tarihi ve hükümeti hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip olmamak.

6. Mali Yetersizlik

  • Mali Durum: ABD’de yaşama ve kendini idame ettirme konusundaki mali yetersizlikler, başvurunun reddedilmesine sebep olabilir.

7. Göçmenlik Kurallarına Uymama

  • Göçmenlik Yasalarının İhlali: Önceki göçmenlik kurallarına aykırı davranışlar, sahte evlilik veya sahte belgelerle Green Card almak gibi durumlar.

8. İdari ve Prosedürel Sebepler

  • Eksik veya Yanlış Başvuru Belgeleri: Form N-400’ün eksik veya yanlış doldurulması, gerekli belgelerin eksik veya yanlış sunulması.
  • Başvuru Ücretinin Ödenmemesi: Başvuru ücreti ödenmemişse başvuru işleme alınmaz.

9. Askeri Hizmet İhlali

  • Askeri Kaçaklık veya Firar: ABD askeri hizmetinden kaçmak veya firar etmek gibi durumlar.

Başvuru sürecinin her adımında dikkatli ve doğru bilgi verilmesi, gerekli belgelerin eksiksiz ve doğru şekilde sunulması, vatandaşlık başvurusunun kabul edilmesi için kritik önem taşır. Başvurunun reddedilmesi durumunda, ret gerekçeleri dikkatlice incelenerek yeniden başvuru yapmadan önce gerekli düzeltmelerin yapılması önemlidir.

Herkese selamlar. 07.03.2025 tarinde İzmir’den Dallas’a Lufthansa havayollarından Frankfurt aktarmalı bilet alarak geldik. Türkiye’den ayrılırken yurtdışı harcı pulu yatırmadığımızı gören görevli her ne kadar Green Card lı olduğumuzu söylesek de kartları gösteremediğiniz sürece harç pulunu almanız gerekiyor diye ısrar edince mecburen aldık. Frankfurtda pasaport kontrolünde green card lı olduğumuzu görevli fark etti. Green kartlarımızı sordu henüz almadığımızı bunun ilk gidişimiz olduğunu söyleyince hayırlı olsun çocuklar için iyi olacak dedi. Güvenlik kontrolünde el bagajında sıvı malzeme ve elektronik aletleri incelediler. Bıyık makası vardı bunu da alt bagaja vermeniz gerekiyor bir dahakine aşağıdaki bagaja koyun dediler ve makasa müsade ettiler. Peynir ve zeytin vakumlatıp bagaja koydum. El bagajında ise evde yaptığımız poğaça ve atıştırmalık bisküvi vb. Şeyler vardı. Ne frankfurtda ne de Dallas Havalimanında sorun çıkmadı. Dallas’taki pasaport kontrolü memuru önce hanımı çağırdı. Sonra elimizdeki sarı zarfları görünce ailecek Green Cardlı olduğumuzu anladı. Girişte fotoğraflarımızı çekti ve pasaportları ve sarı zarfları alarak beni takip edin dedi. Meşhur görüşmenin yapılacağı odaya götürdü içeride başkaları da vardı. 15-20 dk sonra görevli bizi çağırdı, sorgulama birazdan başlıyacak diye düşündüm. Derken pasaportları uzattı Amerika ya hoş geldiniz dedi ve kapıdan dışarı çıkın dedi biz ufak çaplı şok yaşadık hiçbir şey soran olmayınca. Neyse havaalanın wifi si üzerinden bizi karşılamaya gelecek olan arkadaşı aradık sağol olsun bizi alıp eve kadar bıraktı. 8 büyük valiz 4 kabin bagajı ve 2 sırt çantası bir kamyonete zor sığdık. Eve sağ salim geldik. İlk gün T-Mobile dan ailecek 4 kişiye telefon hattı aldık ssn henüz olmadığı için ön ödemeli hat aldık sınırsız olanından 1 aylık paket şeklinde ssn gelince faturalıya geçiş yapılacak. İlk ay için 4 kişiye 155 dolar sonra faturalıya geçince 140 dolar ödeyeceğiz. Ev 2 yatak odalı 1 banyolu apartman şeklinde 1300 +elektrik su şeklinde. Evi tutan başka bir Türk aile vardı onlar başka eve taşınmayı düşündükleri için evin kontratını bize devir ettiler. Bu konuda biraz şanslıydık yoksa ev arayıp belki birkaç aylık kirayı peşin vermemiz gerekebilirdi dediğim gibi şanslıydık umarım herkesin Amerika ya yerleşmesi sorunsuz ve rahat olur. Banka hesabı açma, ehliyet ve çocukların okulu konularını da inşallah hallederiz herkese selamlar.
