-Kimlik fotokopisi

-Pasaport fotokopisi

-Vukuatlı nüfus kayıt örneği tercümesi

-Adli sicil kaydı (İngilizceydi zaten)

-Amerika’daki adres

-Sağlık sonuçları

-Davet mektubu

-Fotoğraf (2×2 inç boyutunda)

Banka dokümanı istenmedi fakat birkaç kişiden farklı belgeler de istenmişti, bilginiz olsun. Selamlar.

Taking Photos of Young Children for the Green Card Lottery

When taking photos of young children for the Green Card Lottery, you may encounter various challenges. Here are some potential issues and their solutions:

  1. Child’s Movement
Issue: Young children are constantly moving and may struggle to stay still.
    Solution:

    • Calm and engage the child beforehand to help them focus.
    • Place a favorite toy or object near the camera to direct their attention.
    • Take short and quick shots to capture the perfect moment.
  2. Child Not Looking Directly at the Camera
Issue: Children may not want to look directly at the camera.
    Solution:

    • Attach a favorite toy or colorful object to the camera to grab their attention.
    • Sing a song they enjoy or make interesting sounds while taking the photo.
    • Ensure you’re at the child’s eye level and make eye contact while taking the picture.
  3. Maintaining a Neutral Facial Expression
Issue: Children naturally smile or make various facial expressions.
    Solution:

    • Provide a calm and relaxing environment during the photoshoot.
    • Tell a soothing story or speak gently to keep the child calm.
    • Be patient and wait for the child to display a natural facial expression.
  4. Ensuring Proper Background and Lighting
Issue: It can be challenging to maintain a suitable background and lighting.
    Solution:

    • Use a white or light-colored background to minimize shadows.
    • Use natural light for soft and even illumination; window light can work well.
    • Position the light source correctly to avoid shadows and glare.
  5. Keeping the Child in a Fixed Position
Issue: Young children often find it difficult to stay in one position.
    Solution:

    • Place the child in a comfortable and secure position. For babies, laying them on a white sheet can work well.
    • Have the child sit comfortably in a chair while avoiding shadows in the background.
    • Ensure the child feels natural and comfortable to encourage stillness.

Additional Tips:

  • Quick Shots: Take rapid shots to capture the best moment without losing their attention.
  • Helper: Have another adult assist during the shoot to keep the child engaged and ensure proper positioning.
  • Retry: If the desired result is not achieved in the first few shots, remain patient and try again.

By following these tips, you can take photos of young children for the Green Card Lottery more easily and successfully. Remember, patience and flexibility are key during the process.

Risks of Using Google Translate and Automatic Translation Programs When Filling Out the DS-260 Form

The DS-260 form is a critical document used in the United States immigrant visa application process. There are important points to consider when filling out this form. Using Google Translate and other automatic translation programs can lead to several risks:

1. Incorrect Translations:

  • Structural Differences in Languages: Automatic translation programs do not always accurately reflect structural differences between languages. This can lead to shifts in meaning and the use of incorrect expressions.
  • Misinterpretation of Terms: Terms used during immigration and visa applications carry specific legal meanings. Automatic translation programs may struggle to capture the correct meanings of these terms, resulting in incorrect translations.

2. Loss of Meaning:

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Meaning: Automatic translations do not always accurately convey the full meaning of sentences and paragraphs. This can lead to misinterpretation or incomplete understanding of the application form.
  • Cultural Differences: Automatic translation programs do not account for cultural differences, which can result in the incorrect or inappropriate translation of certain expressions.

3. Misuse of Legal and Technical Terms:

  • Specific Terms: The DS-260 form may contain legal and technical terms. Failure to translate these terms correctly can lead to rejection of the application or prolong the process.
  • Sensitive Information: Misinterpretation of sensitive information in the form can lead to incorrect presentation of the applicant’s identity and background information.

4. Complex Sentence Structures:

  • Grammar Errors: Automatic translation programs can produce grammatical errors when translating complex sentence structures. This can negatively affect the readability and clarity of the form.
  • Translations Lacking Context: Translating certain sentences out of context can lead to a loss of meaning and misinterpretations.

5. Legal Consequences:

  • Risk of Rejection: Incorrect or incomplete information in the DS-260 form can result in the rejection of the application. Translation errors significantly reduce the chances of acceptance.
  • Legal Liability: Providing incorrect information can lead to legal liability and negatively affect the applicant’s future immigration procedures.

Conclusion: Filling out the DS-260 form accurately and completely is crucial for the successful completion of the immigration process. Using Google Translate and other automatic translation programs can result in serious errors and rejection of the application.
