Herkese selamlar. 07.03.2025 tarinde İzmir’den Dallas’a Lufthansa havayollarından Frankfurt aktarmalı bilet alarak geldik. Türkiye’den ayrılırken yurtdışı harcı pulu yatırmadığımızı gören görevli her ne kadar Green Card lı olduğumuzu söylesek de kartları gösteremediğiniz sürece harç pulunu almanız gerekiyor diye ısrar edince mecburen aldık. Frankfurtda pasaport kontrolünde green card lı olduğumuzu görevli fark etti. Green kartlarımızı sordu henüz almadığımızı bunun ilk gidişimiz olduğunu söyleyince hayırlı olsun çocuklar için iyi olacak dedi. Güvenlik kontrolünde el bagajında sıvı malzeme ve elektronik aletleri incelediler. Bıyık makası vardı bunu da alt bagaja vermeniz gerekiyor bir dahakine aşağıdaki bagaja koyun dediler ve makasa müsade ettiler. Peynir ve zeytin vakumlatıp bagaja koydum. El bagajında ise evde yaptığımız poğaça ve atıştırmalık bisküvi vb. Şeyler vardı. Ne frankfurtda ne de Dallas Havalimanında sorun çıkmadı. Dallas’taki pasaport kontrolü memuru önce hanımı çağırdı. Sonra elimizdeki sarı zarfları görünce ailecek Green Cardlı olduğumuzu anladı. Girişte fotoğraflarımızı çekti ve pasaportları ve sarı zarfları alarak beni takip edin dedi. Meşhur görüşmenin yapılacağı odaya götürdü içeride başkaları da vardı. 15-20 dk sonra görevli bizi çağırdı, sorgulama birazdan başlıyacak diye düşündüm. Derken pasaportları uzattı Amerika ya hoş geldiniz dedi ve kapıdan dışarı çıkın dedi biz ufak çaplı şok yaşadık hiçbir şey soran olmayınca. Neyse havaalanın wifi si üzerinden bizi karşılamaya gelecek olan arkadaşı aradık sağol olsun bizi alıp eve kadar bıraktı. 8 büyük valiz 4 kabin bagajı ve 2 sırt çantası bir kamyonete zor sığdık. Eve sağ salim geldik. İlk gün T-Mobile dan ailecek 4 kişiye telefon hattı aldık ssn henüz olmadığı için ön ödemeli hat aldık sınırsız olanından 1 aylık paket şeklinde ssn gelince faturalıya geçiş yapılacak. İlk ay için 4 kişiye 155 dolar sonra faturalıya geçince 140 dolar ödeyeceğiz. Ev 2 yatak odalı 1 banyolu apartman şeklinde 1300 +elektrik su şeklinde. Evi tutan başka bir Türk aile vardı onlar başka eve taşınmayı düşündükleri için evin kontratını bize devir ettiler. Bu konuda biraz şanslıydık yoksa ev arayıp belki birkaç aylık kirayı peşin vermemiz gerekebilirdi dediğim gibi şanslıydık umarım herkesin Amerika ya yerleşmesi sorunsuz ve rahat olur. Banka hesabı açma, ehliyet ve çocukların okulu konularını da inşallah hallederiz herkese selamlar.

Üzerinizde elektronik eşya var mı ? diye sordu.

Hayır cevabından sonra kapıyı açtı içeri aldı. X-ray cihazından geçerken üstünüzde metal ve elektronik cihaz olmasını istemiyorlar.

X-ray cihazından geçtikten sonra kapıdan dışarı çıkıp ceketin vs tekrar giydim.

Yaklaşık 100 metre yürüdükten sonra soldaki kapıdan içeri girdim.

İlk karşılama sırasında 5 dk bekleyip, görevli memura pasaportumu uzattım.

Bana bir evrak uzattı bunu okuyup tekrar gelir misin dedi. Evrakta kişi başı 330$ yapılan ödemenin hiç bir şekilde geri ödenmeyeceği yazıyordu.

Okuduktan sonra ödeme sırasına yönlendirdiler. (Önemli nokta; eski basım dolarları kabul etmiyorlar.)

Daha sonra sıramı beklemeye geçtim.

Ekranda numaram yandı. Bankoya gittim. Sırasıyla istenilen belgeler;

Arşiv kayıtlı adli sicil belgesi(e devlet çıktısı),

Vukuatlı nüfus kayıt örneği(e devlet çıktısı),

Diploma(Aslı, fotokopisi ve e devlet çıktısı)

Askerlik durum belgesi(terhis belgemin fotokopisini ve e devlet çıktısı),

6 aylık banka hesap dökümü(imza sirküleri),

2 Adet fotoğraf,

Kapalı zarfta sağlık raporu,

Evrakları teslim ettikten sonra mülakatı hangi dilde yapacağım soruldu. Türkçe cevabını verdim.

Tekrar sıramı beklemeye geçtim.

Bir süre bekledikten sonra ekranda sıra numaram yandı.

Bankonun önüne geldim. Parmak izlerimi verdim.

Sağ elimi kaldırıp söyleyeceklerimin doğru olduğuna dair yemin ederim. Şeklinde yemin ettim.

İlk olarak ne mezunu olduğumu sordu.

Daha önce evlenip evlenmediğimi,

Hiç yurtdışına çıktın mı,

Bankada ne kadar paran var,

Amerika’da arkadaşın var mı,

Nereye gideceksin ve ne iş yapacaksın

Sorulara cevapları verdikten sonra o sihirli cümle hanım efendinin ağzından çıktı. “Vizenizi Onaylıyorum”.

• Covid 19 Aşı kartı ( E-nabız )

Çocuklarımın Aşı belgelerini bağlı bulunduğum il sağlık müdürlüğüne giderek dilekçe ile talep ettim.Ertesi gün aşı belgerini aldım.Büyük kızım EPİLEPSİ rahatsılığı var tedavi gördüğü doktorun’dan durumu izah edip bize bir durum bildirir raporu vermesini istedim.Raporu ve kızımın düzenli kullanıdığı ilacın reçetesini’de istenilen evrakların arasına koydum.
Ayrıca Eşimin ( Astım , Şeker ) rahatsızlığı var bu durum için’de doktora giderek düzenli kullandığı ilaçların reçetelerini aldık.Mutlaka ilaç reçetelerini ve ilaçları yanınıza almanızı tavsiye ediyorum sorup isteniyor orada.

10.12.2024 saat 09.20’de olan randevumuz için Biz bir gün önceden gitmeyi tercih ettik.Konaklama için Başkent Öğretmen Evin’den 2 gece sabah kahvaltısı dahil 5 kişilik aile için 4.400 TL ödeme yaptık.

Sabah 09.20 randevumuz için yola çıktık aracımızı kuğulu parkın yakının’da olan KARAKAYA otoparkına bıraktık. 5 dk yürüdük’ten sonra Unganlar ofisinin olduğu 4.kata çıktık 09.00 oradaydık aşırı kalabalık vardı.Çoğu İran vatandaşıydı bize beklememizi söylediler. 09.50 bizden pasaport ve aşı belgelerini istediler sadece aşı belgeleri verdik. Daha sonra sırayla hepimizin fotoğrafını çektiler. Eşim ve ben kan tahlili vermek için önce 5.katta bulunan Düzen laboratuvarına çıkıp kan verdik burada bizden 2 yetişkin için 95 dolar ücret çıktı.
Kredi kartı ile 3.302 TL ödeme yaptıktan sonra 3.kata akciğer röntkeni çektik daha sonra tekrar 4.kata unganlar ofisine çıktık. Ve beklemeye başladık 15 dk sonra ilk beni çağırdılar.Sekreter muayaneye girmeden önce Düzenli kullandığınız ilaç veya hastağınız var mı diye sordu.Muayane için odaya girdim ilk boy ve kilo ölçümü yapıldı.Daha sonra siyah önlük verildi üstümde sadece iç çamaşırı kalacak şekilde çıkardım ve hırka gibi giyİlen siyah önlüğü giydim.Muayane için Mehmet UNGAN bey geldi sedyeye uzandım rutin karın bölgesine kontrol yaptı muayane sırasında herhangi bir hastalığın rahatsızğın varmı dedi. Bende yok cevabını verdim.Tansiyonumu ölçerken ne iş yapıyorsun Amerikada ne iş yapacaksın tarzında sohbet ettik sohbet sırasında 2 aşı yaptı kolumdan geçmiş olsun dedi ve benim muayanem bitti.

Ben çıktıktan sonra eşimi muayane için çağırdılar sekreter düzenli kullanılan ilaç ve hastalık varmı diye sordu eşim’de olduğunu söyledi ilaçları ve reçetelerini alıp Mehmet beye götürdü.Eşime’de muayane sırasında 2 aşı yapıldı.

5 yaşındaki çocuğuma 2 aşı ( suçiçeği , Infulanza )

İşlemlerimiz bitti Bizden 5 Kişi için toplam 44.628 TL Kredi kartı ile ödeme yaptık. Ertesi gün saat 15.00 evraklarımız teslim aldık.

Arkadaşlar selamlar,

1 Temmuz’da Unganlar’da randevu aldım. 2 Temmuz’da hastane evraklarımı teslim aldım. 3 Temmuz’da konsolosluk görüşmem vardı. Sabah 7:45’te içeri alındım ve yaklaşık 8:30’da görüşmem gerçekleşti. Görüşme sırasında hesabımda 13.500 dolar para gösterdim. Hesap hareketlerimde ise 20-30-40-50-100 bin TL civarı hareketler bulunuyordu. Son gün maddi durumum nedeniyle kuzenimden 300 bin TL aldım ve 120 bin TL’yi de kendim gösterdim. Özet çıkarmıştım ki son sayfada görünmesin diye 3-5 transfer yapmıştım, ama hesap hareketlerinde bu transferler görünüyordu.

Konsolosluk görevlisi, bir Türk gibi “hmm” diye bir ses çıkardı. Sonrasında hangi eyalete gideceğimi, ne mezunu olduğumu ve ne iş yaptığımı sordu. Görüşme sırasında tercüman ablanın yüz ifadesinden garip bir şeyler olduğunu anlamıştım, o da şaşırmış görünüyordu. Görevli, sponsor bulmam halinde vizeyi vereceğini çünkü orada nasıl geçineceğimi merak ettiğini söyledi. Ben de kendisine kripto hesabımda 500 bin TL’ye yakın para olduğunu, istenirse PDF şeklinde mail ile gönderebileceğimi ilettim. Bunun üzerine ayağa kalktı, diğer Amerikalı görevliyle bir şeyler konuştu ve tekrar aynı cümleyi söyledi: “Sponsor bulursan vizen onaylanacak.”

Halamın Amerika’da yaşayan bir arkadaşı vardı ve onun eşi sponsor oldu, çok sağ olsun. Sponsorun göndermesi gereken belgeler basitti: Pasaportu ve son 3 yıllık vergi dökümü. Ama burada önemli bir nokta var: Konsolosluk özellikle *IRS TAX Transcript* belgesini istedi. Bu belgenin alınabileceği özel bir site var, oradan bilgileri doldurup çıktı alıyorsunuz. Sponsorun muhasebecisi son 3 yıllık vergiyi belge halinde mail olarak gönderdi, ancak bu IRS döküm formatında değildi, üzerinde muhasebecinin ek bilgileri de vardı. Bu yüzden iki defa aynı dosyayı göndermek zorunda kaldım.

Danışmanlık şirketiyle çalışıyordum ve onlara IRS TAX Transcript’in ayrı bir site ve form olduğunu ilettim. Ama danışman bana, muhasebecinin ek bilgileri olduğu için vergi dökümlerinin kabul edilmediğini söyledi. Vergi dökümlerini gönderiyorduk ama IRS formatında değildi. Konsolosluk yetkilileri durumu belirterek “Dediğimize geldiniz” dediler, şirket ise buna rağmen süreci yanlış yönetmişti. Sonunda IRS TAX belgelerini gönderdikten sonra heyecanla beklemeye başladım, çünkü zaman daralmıştı.

Bu süreçte üç kez evrak göndermiştim. Sistemi ara sıra kontrol ettiğimde, durumun *refused* yazısından *issued* olarak değiştiğini fark ettim. Vizeyi beklerken konsolosluktan bir telefon aldım. Benden askerlik kağıdım, diplomam, nüfus kayıt örneğim ve adli sicil kaydı belgelerimin nerede olduğunu sordular. Ben de bu belgeleri bana geri verdiklerini söyledim. Sonuç olarak bu belgeleri gönderdikten sonra vizemi 6 Eylül’de teslim aldım.

Umarım her şey sizin de gönlünüzce olur. Bana dördüncü başvurumda vize çıktı. Sorularınızı DM üzerinden değil, buradan yazarsanız daha sağlıklı olur.

İlk olarak, dosyamı Hong Kong’a taşımaya karar verdim. 

  • 12 Aralık’ta KCC’de taşıma işlemi tamamlandı.

12 Şubat  akşamı beklenen posta geldi: Mülakat tarihim 9 Nisan olarak belirlendi. Hemen sağlık muayenesi için harekete geçtim.  

İki klinikle iletişime geçtim:

  • Anderson , 2 gün içinde cevap verdi ancak 14 iş günü içinde sonuç vereceklerini söylediler. Ayrıca muayenehaneleri farklı bir adadaydı.  
  • Bu nedenle tercihim Nicolson oldu. Mail adreslerini Excel tablosundaki faydalı bilgilerden öğrenmiştim.  
    • İlk başta dönüş yapamadım, ancak yöntemlerle doğru mail adresinin drnicolson@ump.com.hk olduğunu öğrendim ve iletişime geçtim.  
    • İki gün içinde cevap verildi. 10 iş günü içinde sonuçları teslim edebileceklerini söylediler.  
    • 24 Mart Pazartesi  günü için randevumu kapattım.

✈️ Uçak ve Ulaşım

  • 21 Mart  için uçak biletimi Sichuan Airlines üzerinden, Chengdu yedekli olarak satın aldım.    
    • Yemekleri ortalama olsa da uçak fiyatı uygundu: 8.200 TL . 
    • Bu fiyatın uygun tarifesi nedeniyle uzun bir devir süresiydi (8 saat) , ama ben o sürede 6 saat uyuyup enerji topladım . 🛫  
    • Chengdu Havalimanı’nda 104 kapının içindeki koltuklarda uyuyabileceğimi söyleyen Metin Bey’e ayrıca teşekkürler. 😊  

Hong Kong’a iniş:

  • 50 doları  bozdurdum.
  • Ahtapot kart  satın aldım ( renkli almayın, depozitosu olmuyor  😄).
  • 88 HKD’lik SIM kartı aldım.  
  • Havalimanından Airport Express ile Central’a , oradan da Blue Line ile hostele ulaştım.     

Konaklama:

  • Causeway Bay  seviyesindeki bir kapsül otelinde . Toplam 4 Türk oradaydık. Açıklamayı çok öneriyorum.

Mülakat gününe kadar bol bol boş vaktimiz olduğu için dolu dolu gezdik.

  • İlk günlerde yürüyerek şehri keşfettik.
  • Bolca konserve yemek getirmeyi unutmayın! Ben 80 kilo gidip 76 kilo döndüm. 😂

COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement:

Applicants with medical exams scheduled on or after October 1, 2021, are required to complete the COVID-19 vaccination series before the medical appointment. The administered vaccine should be listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO) or the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) must have licensed or authorized that particular vaccine.

Exemption: Children or young adults who have been advised by National Command Operation Center (NCOC) against receiving the COVID-19 immunization are exempt from this requirement. Applicants for whom the vaccine is contraindicated are required to provide all medical reports supporting the contraindication for their condition.

Fees

Medical examination fees, including x-ray and blood tests, must be paid directly to the examining physician. The basic exam fee is approximately $415 per person. Additional vaccinations, x-rays, or follow-up tests will incur extra fees, which can total up to $695 per applicant depending on personal medical conditions.

tüm süreci adım adım planladık numaramız aktif olduktan sonra taşıdığımız için viyana konsolosluğuna mail atıp dosyamızı Ankara dan viyana taşıdık viyana kabul ettikten sonra schengen vize sürecimiz başladı schengen randevusu bulma sureci zordu daha önce Yunanistan dan  vize aldığımız için tekrar Yunanistan dan randevu almak istedik sonunda randevu bulduk ve Yunanistan bize 1 ay kullanmak üzere 10 günlük tek giriş vize verdi hemen viyana konsolosluğuna vize tarihlerimi mail attık çok yardımcı oldu viyana randevu konusunda 18 mart da viyana konsolosluğunda 14 mart da doktor randevumuz vardı 13 martta önce İstanbul dan Atina’ya Atina dan Viyana ya gittik otelimiz metro otobüs hattı üstündeydi ulaşımda hiç zorlanmadık viyana ulaşım olarak kolay bir şehir 14 mart sabah saat 10 da doktora gittik ingilizce bilmediğimiz için zorlanırız sandık ama doktor ofisi çalışanları ve doktor çok yardımcı oldu tane tane konuştukları için ve telefon kullanımı serbest olduğu için anlaştık doktor ofisine 3 kişilik aile olarak 1435 euro nakit olarak ödeme yaptık covid aşısı kalktığı için onu olmadık ama eşim ve ben antikor testi götürmüştük antikor testini büyük şehir hastaneleri enfeksiyon bölümünden alabiliyorsunuz yine de 3 aşı olduk  grip , hepatit b ve tetanos aşısı olduk 6 yaşında ki oğlum sadece grip aşısı oldu doktor muayenesi baya detaylı oluyor sadece iç çamaşırlarınız ile kalıyorsunuz. doktor muayenesi bittikten sonra röntgen çekilmek için başa bir adrese gidiyorsunuz doktor ofisinin önünden tren ile orda biraz problem yaşadık İngilizce bilmediğimiz için aslında röntgen ofisinde Türkçe bilen biri varmış ama bizim gittiğimiz gün yoktu telefon ile tercümeyi kabul etmedi aslında sadece telefon numaranızı istiyor pasaport ve 1 imza sonra filim çekiyor cd size zarf ile veriyor ve işiniz bitmiş oluyor neyse ki bize orda hasta olarak gelen başa bir Türkçe bilen genç arkadaş  yardımcı oldu ve doktor işlemleri bitirmiş olduk geriye sadece konsolosluk gününü beklemek kaldı 18 mart saat 1 de konsolosluk da olduk tabi İngilizce bilmediğimiz için forum gurubundan tanıştığımız Kaan arkadaşımız bize yardımcı oldu şanslıydık çünkü aynı gün aynı saat de randevumuz vardı ilk bizi çağırdılar önce evrakları aldılar sonra ödeme yaptık biz yine euro olarak ödedik dolar veya kredi kartı da oluyor kişi başı 330 dolar sonra görüşmeye çağırdılar banka gişesi gibi camın ardından konuşuluyor önce sağ ellerimizi kaldırıp yemin ettik kazanan eşim olduğu için soruları ona sordular nereye gideceksiniz ne iş yapacaksınız diye sordu ama bizde Green card eşime çıkmıştı eşimde lise mezunu değildi ama zaten açıktan lise okuyordu sadece tek dersi vardı mezun olmak için green kartı kazandıktan sonra hemen sınava girdi ve mezun oldu ama ds-260 formunu doldururken lise öğrencisi olarak girmiştik ve lise diplomasını konsolosluk da söyleriz tekrar dosyayı açtırmayalım diye düşündük konsolosluk da Türkçe bilen biri varmış aslında bizim randevumuzda yoktu hasta olduğu için gelmemiş konsolosluk memuru diploma ile ilgili sorular sordu ve sanıyoruz ki tatmin edemedik ve bize pasaportları geri verdi sizi biraz araştırmak istiyoruz dedi isterseniz Türkiye ye geri dönebilirsiniz dedi büyük hayal kırıklığına uğradık ve AP kalmış olduk bu süreç ne kadar sürecek diye mutsuzduk ama daha viyanda 2 gün daha kalacaktık ertesi gün 19 mart saat 12,30 da konsolosluktan bir mail geldi ve pasaportlarınızı getirin dediler tabi biz konsolosluğa gittik hemen beklerseniz 15-20 dk pasaportunuza vize basabiliriz dediler ve meşhur Amerikan bayrağını almış olduk 20 dk sonra da pasaportumuzda vizemiz ve sarı dosyamızı aldık tüm süreci detaylıca anlatmak istedim herkese dosya taşıma sürecinde bol şanslar diliyorum
